Dont ever go with Premier members credit union/meritrust banking, one of the worst if not the worst policy experience ive had, their policy is terrible and the way they tack on fees is insane. Dont fall behind with them or good luck getting out, up to 5 $32 charges a day for overdraft, EVEN IF OVER DRAFT IS OFF ITS NO. Had a $0.10 charge and was charged 32 dollars and they said they couldnt help me with that. Not to mention their percentages are terrible too. I came in to open an account this weekend, to the branch on Indiana, Kelsey helped me and she was absolutely amazing to work with!! she was very helpful and understanding and made banking such a positive experience. I highly recommend anyone to come here, thank you Kelsey!!!
The ladies at this branch, and Lisa and MaKayla at the branch on W 64th in Arvada, are ALL wonderful!! They are kind, and personable! Although I come in there as a shared branch member, they all know me, and listen to me talk, as if they know me really well. I don't go to any other shared branch facilities just because of how I am treated at these 2 locations!
