Change the website name! Drove all the way here and left because the bank has a new name. Drove to the louisville location only to find out premier is now MeritTrust. Lot of wasted time.
This isn’t for the specific branch this is for premier members credit union company. Do not use this bank unless you want to lose money. Before I closed my account I had my card hacked, not once not twice but three times each time I got an entirely new card and an entirely new account. When I reached out to their customer service team, they were actually very sweet and very understanding however, there was absolutely nothing that they could do About the $700 missing out of my account. I have been working with Roxanne Romero at the Thornton location off of 144th and Washington. She's absolutely AMAZING!!! She truly cares about her customers and goes over the top to help you. This is my favorite credit union ever!! If she leaves, I leave. Can't get anyone better for customer service!!
If you are looking for a new bank or would like to switch to a credit union, look no further. Due to previous complications with my other bank, I had to find a new one and on a time crunch.
