Ian, has been helping me for several years and always has been a pleasant go to for me. I would consider him a friend not just some guy that works at the bank. He got me out of a few jams and made my life better knowing he will help me when I need it most.
These guys are awesome! Ian Fitzgerald is great. I’ve got nothing but good things to say about this bank.
This is the absolute WORST BANK EVER!!! I could write a novel in terms of the errors over the last 5 years banking with them. For example, out of 11 ACH's they setup for me, only 7 went through successfully. How do you mess that up??!! I also needed a replacement debit card and once I received the new card, they never actually cancelled the old one! I've been with them since their inception. Best experience I've ever had worth any kind of Banking institution. I've converted many. The customer service, blows the banks right off the map!
