Been to the new Longmont location several times now and Not loving the new location with the machines to do deposits and withdrawals. The bank person tries to help but it feels like hovering and it makes me feel stupid that I’m not good at doing any of it. I prefer in person service. Thank you!
Really patient and helpful customer service
Update: PMCU asked me to reach out to them and did not provide any information on how to do this. I sent an email to their customer service team telling them I am the one that left the review with all of my contact information. That feels like a little over a month ago and I have not heard anything from them. Perfect representation of how their customer service has changed.
