Really patient and helpful customer service
Update: PMCU asked me to reach out to them and did not provide any information on how to do this. I sent an email to their customer service team telling them I am the one that left the review with all of my contact information. That feels like a little over a month ago and I have not heard anything from them. Perfect representation of how their customer service has changed. Consistently providing the worst banking experience I have ever had.
When I left a corporate bank to establish an account with a credit union more than a decade ago, I thought it would keep me away from nonsense like a business location built around an automated experience less functional than an app, but here we are. I’m sure some manager somewhere is patting themselves on the back for having reduced clerk/teller headcount.
