The bankers are rude and disrespectful. They don't properly introduce themselves when you have a scheduled meeting, they will not notarize for non members, and they have a $2,500 cash withdrawal daily limit. I wasted my time here and will not be going back. It's worth the drive up to First Bank or even out to ENT on I-25.
I have been very happy with their share trust services with my American United Federal Credit Union in Salt Lake City, Utah.
How sad is it that every branch of yours goes through a call center, you have an AI automated system that is not simple to use and elderly customers struggle to make simple phone calls to reach a local branch. Hire somebody at the branch simple to answer the phones and route the calls to the appropriate location. Take care of the people trusting you to take care of their money.
ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!! I paid off my car loan well over a year ago. I get an email saying I need to give them a call. All of the sudden I have all of these fees on my account because they had the wrong address on file because I moved after I paid off the car. I called to figure out why they tell me this. They proceed to ask me for my new address and I tell them no that they can use the old one that they have because this account should have been closed out a long time ago.
