I understand this is now a training center seems like what they’re being trained is how to be RUDE and extremely immature. I’ve had them giggling in the background. The manager even told me in a very rude , condescending voice while she’s talking to an employee that she “was busy “ I then sat in the waiting room area, and realized the conversation I was going to have with her was most likely not going to go well based on her attitude so I left ! They're always very friendly to me. Last time I went, they were having technical difficulties and they were all so kind. They made sure to let customers know they noticed them and were happy to help.
We had a lot of documents that needed notarization. Super efficient and quick.
Too slow....it took my teller nearly 6 minutes to simply deposit $400 into my account, and split a $100 bill for me. Update 10/28/25: It gets worse. Today at the drive-up, it took the teller 10 minutes to process a simple $400 cash deposit. I was the only drive-up customer. This is the absolute worst branch I've ever used, but never again. They SUCK.
