ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!! I paid off my car loan well over a year ago. I get an email saying I need to give them a call. All of the sudden I have all of these fees on my account because they had the wrong address on file because I moved after I paid off the car. I called to figure out why they tell me this. I understand this is now a training center seems like what they’re being trained is how to be RUDE and extremely immature. I’ve had them giggling in the background. The manager even told me in a very rude , condescending voice while she’s talking to an employee that she “was busy “ I then sat in the waiting room area, and realized the conversation I was going to have with her was most likely not going to go well based on her attitude so I left ! They're always very friendly to me. Last time I went, they were having technical difficulties and they were all so kind. They made sure to let customers know they noticed them and were happy to help.
