Bought a pack of Shield. Several have holes in them. Some even in the filters. It's pretty concerning. I took pics of a couple but have no idea how to post the pics. There were at least 6. Some with one hole Some with several.
I purchased a carton of traffic red kings every week from the circle k at Delaware and Broadway in Apache Jct AZ for many years now . However this past carton I bought contained about 5 to 10 cigarettes with wholes in the paper up near the filter in 5 different packs. When you try to light them you get like a fine powder in your mouth from the filter and they won't light due to the whole in the paper. Poor customer service/relations. I reached out to this company about a month ago through their website about cigarettes (Traffics) that were repeatedly being sold at a gas station I frequent that are stale. I used to Manage a gas station and stale cigarettes should NEVER be sold because company representatives are supposed to be checking stock at the places their products are sold and removing stale products and replacing with fresh. I never did hear a word back from this company.
TRAFFIC BLUE PREMIUM TOBACCO is the most outstanding roll your own tobacco I have ever used in the three years I have made my own. Thank you for producing a tobacco product that is super clean, (the filter is still almost totally white at the end of the smoke,) super quality (best texture) and very affordable!
