Poor customer service/relations. I reached out to this company about a month ago through their website about cigarettes (Traffics) that were repeatedly being sold at a gas station I frequent that are stale. I used to Manage a gas station and stale cigarettes should NEVER be sold because company representatives are supposed to be checking stock at the places their products are sold and removing stale products and replacing with fresh. I never did hear a word back from this company.
TRAFFIC BLUE PREMIUM TOBACCO is the most outstanding roll your own tobacco I have ever used in the three years I have made my own. Thank you for producing a tobacco product that is super clean, (the filter is still almost totally white at the end of the smoke,) super quality (best texture) and very affordable! I very much appreciate your company and your standards for quality, and I am in Missouri too! Thank you again, Tanya Hanna
