We rented one of the vans to take 12 friends up to the Adirondacks, and the experience couldn’t have been better. John, the owner, made everything incredibly easy from our first contact all the way through the end of the trip. He even dropped the van off himself. The van drove great and was surprisingly easy to handle. Despite its size, it felt more like driving a midsize SUV than a large passenger van, and visibility and situational awareness were excellent. Will be renting from John again.
The sprinter van we used was Brucey. Brucey was perfect for our family of 9 traveling to Florida. Everything in the van was perfect and functional.. the tvs, coolers, reclining seats, and trunk space. We definitely will be using this company again when we travel! Also, the team was very professional and responsive while we were on the road.
We had a great experience! John was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful and drop off/pickup was super easy! We will definitely rent through them again!
We rented Boo from John and it was a terrific experience. The van was perfect and John was great and available for anything we needed. I highly recommend using Checkmates!
Jon is the best! Simple as that, checkmate was a pleasure to do business with; very accommodating. Great communication and even better expertise in his knowledge of the vehicles. Me and my family rented blessings for a promotion ceremony. It fits 14 and we was more than comfortable. The vehicle was spotless, warm, lights were bright, music was great sound.
