Unfortunately if you buy product that has issues you are responsible for postage . I bought product on big w marketplace where return fee is flat rate $15 which i thought is expensive ( amazon shein temu is one free return) but with premier house you pay full postage regardless how much it is. Bought toilet seat for $99 that as it appeared doesnt fit australian toilet and was told that premier house has special rule and lay charges in case of return on customer. So yeah not fair at all. The pool heaters and after sales service from this company is incredible. It's been a pleasure to deal with them on purchase, and years later for parts. Highly recommended. Rated A+

Premier House are second to none. Pre sale customer service was incredible. We were helped with all the info we needed, a great price, a delivery solution to Regional NSW and delivery within 2 days - woah! I can't count the amount of times I've called up int he past 12 months to ask about resetting the fridge temp or other small questions. Every time I am greeted with friendly staff and nothing is ever too much of a bother. Post sale customer service rocks! Thanks Premier House, we will be back time and time again.
