Premier House are second to none. Pre sale customer service was incredible. We were helped with all the info we needed, a great price, a delivery solution to Regional NSW and delivery within 2 days - woah! I can't count the amount of times I've called up int he past 12 months to ask about resetting the fridge temp or other small questions. Every time I am greeted with friendly staff and nothing is ever too much of a bother. Post sale customer service rocks! Thanks Premier House, we will be back time and time again.
While their Swimmax was either faulty or poorly designed these people were very professional in trying to solve the problem and in the end they agreed to a full refund which they paid promptly. I have no hesitation in purchasing from them again.
