Working with Candice @ Premier Home Loans was excellent. She made the process easy to understand and was great with communicating everything needed.
Candice was great to work with! She was quick to reply and communicated frequently, which put my mind at ease. She explained everything with details and helped guide me to a smooth and quick closing!
Service was very good in the beginning but as time went on communication dwindled. I still didn’t quite understand how we arrived at our final interest rate, and the loan ended up costing way more than anticipated, so it got a little chaotic at the end. Especially trying to e-sign documents, that was frustrating and ended up having to get a mobile notary to come to our house to get docs signed last minute. Hoping rates eventually drop and we can refinance, but we will see.
Dana Hall at Premier Homes gets a 5+ rating from me. I totally trusted Dana to get the best rate/loan cash out for my home refi. Prior to finding her, 5 other agencies (all out of state) pushed inferior options with higher closing costs. Since Dana is local, I could sit down with her, in person, to review and sign. The Personal Experience - something I highly value. She’s the best.
