On January 10th, 2023 I received the report that premier inspections performed on our home inspection. Shortly after moving in multiple things kept being found, from rotted out subflooring (visible without moving anything), gaps in the vinyl at every window, buckling drywall from water damage, substantial termite damage, and misdiagnosed source of water in crawlspace.
