Nathan at Premier Hifi is great. Always super responsive and great to deal with. Any hifi gear purchase this place is my go to.
Extremely responsive and helpful when using Messenger chat (as I'm not physically located near the store to come in). Nathan even suggested waiting a day or so for some specials to be available on the soundbar, which was definitely appreciated! Great service, great price. Would recommend.
I have shopped at Premier HiFi twice and in all my consultations with Nathan, he has superceded my expectations. His customer service and professionalism were exemplary and exceptional. The prices are competitive, and the delivery timely. This is what an excellent shopping experience looks like. Other retailers should take notice.
