My experience was awesome I had experience I've never had before she is an awesome young woman how helped me out alot she's more then a 5 star she's 100% great
Yvonne was so professional. She took the time to explain everything she was doing. Explained my results of my hearing test. Adjusted my volume and feedback to where I was comfortable with. I appreciate that she did not just hurry thru. Made me feel so comfortable and understood the frustration I came in with my not being able to hear. ♥️
Well,, she been my audiologist for longggg times.. many many years!! Always on point and know how to care for her patients and she listens to our needs.. she make a way to make our hearing comfortable.. I’m grateful and happy with my hearing aid that she recommend and I love my ear mold cauae I get to pick my own colors without getting judge on.. I give her not just a five stars but a 10 stars if I could :)
