I went there specifically for fig coffee, for a birthday gift, their website said was in stock. I checked all the coffees and could not find. I asked a cashier, who had no one in line to wait on, if their coffee was located anywhere else from where I checked. She said no and offered no other assistance. My husband and I checked again. I found another employee to ask. He did check, but also could not locate. He took my name and phone number & said he would have the person who handles the coffee call me the next day.
