We were very happy with the results of our brand new shower.
Promises not kept. We did reach out for assistance on the leaking threshold on our Splendor shower enclosure in July. The first service call did not fix the issue. After repeated unreturned calls and a letter, it was several weeks before Bruce came out at the beginning of August. Then we waited another month for the proposed fix.
