Excellent customer service from Prem, who immediately greeted me and helped me find exactly what I needed, which was a mattress. Prem made the process smooth and anxiety-free, as he answered all my questions and didn't pressure me into buying. Excellent service
I bought a sofa from Premium Furniture around 2–3 years ago, and the wooden frame inside has already broken. When I went back to the store for help, they told me to contact the Guardsman protection plan I purchased with the sofa. Since then, I’ve been getting the runaround—confusing answers, no proper help, and a complete lack of responsibility. I didn't end up buying from here, but the service I recieved today when browsing was great and I would definitely recommend. The sales team here was respectful and honest, and I really appreciated that.
