Update: Store owner called, didn’t know about this situation until he saw my review and is going to another state to pick up a new bed frame, as well as deliver and build it. While the situation was very frustrating, he is doing everything to make it right. Ordered a bed frame on Nov 21st. Didn’t come in until January 13th. (They told me it would take three weeks tops.) I've read a few reviews now after my recent purchases from Premier, and something doesn't add up. The folks I dealt with were very nice, very accommodating, and did everything they said they would do. We are perfectly happy with our experience. Beyond expected service. Thank y'all... Hope this brings that rating back up a bit. You earned it.
bought a bed a couple of month ago, the bed keep breaking, and they refuse to give costumer service to return the bed saying that my house is filthy and they took a picture of my house saying that they are going to show it to people, they refuse to give me costumer service, hung up on me and did not even listen to my rquest to return the bed, never coming back ther ever again
Just drove an hour with a trailer. Walked around the store for 10-15 minutes. Not one person even acknowledged us or tried to help us. I deliberately walked around the desk with two workers. Neither of them even spoke. We were literally the only people in the entire store.
