I have been going to Rob for almost 3 years now and he is awesome!! So knowledgeable and knows how to help with getting your muscles to engage. I struggled for years with lat engagement. With his help I was able to figure that out. He also has helped with any other therapy needed and advised on stretches and such that make a huge difference. I have also done stem therapy and that was a game changer with activating muscles that have never been activated. Highly recommend Rob.
Rob is just amaizing. Therapeutic massage is the best.
