Was never able to talk with the financial advisor here. Would ask about investment strategy and go months without hearing anything back, then, when I reach back out, they can only schedule an appointment a month out. They transitioned from one account to another, but instead of transferring funds, as they told us they would, they sold all our assets and re-bought them in the new account causing a massive tax liability where there should have been none.
