Recently moved to area and this place was recommended to us as we have been frustrated with our other bank being sold over and over. Alexa was excellent getting us rolling, helping through a few IT uses (user error). Very happy so far!
Premier Financial Credit Union has the best customer service I ever received regarding going above and beyond for their customers with such compassion and teamwork. I had multiple savings accounts, a refinancing loan, and a reap loan documents that needed to be printed close to end of day. The Kiel team pooled together to help me get the documentation I needed as proof for my trial. Good local credit union, usually not that busy, scheduling appointments for setting up accounts and getting various cards set up is required.
PFCU is a great place to bank. Low or no fees for most accounts. We have processed multiple loans with them. Nice, friendly people to deal with also. I like the three locations. Very Convenient. My wife and I have been members over 20 years . The Kiel staff have always been professional, and informative. Any loan transactions were done with knowledgeable personnel who answered any questions we had and gave complete explanations of the procedure.
