There is a great admin within the facility now and I am excited to see what positive changes come along with her in the role. The residents are lucky to have her!
Very caring long time staff
The administrator Robert Richardson does not care about the residents or his staff. I’ve witnessed this first hand as I worked there quite often for Agency. It’s disgraceful that someone can stoop so low. He needs to be reported. Be careful if you go. The nurses are as lazy as they get. They will go in the residents rooms and turn on the bathroom light, then come and tell the aide that they need help. It’s sad!
