I have purchased new Rustic Alder Interior Doors for two different homes. The quality of their doors are excellent Five Star and beautiful. Their customer service is unmatched in today’s world. Jim & Paul were at Premier sales and shipping were outstanding. I had a shipping issue based on where we live and Paul was able to get the doors delivered to our home, when FedX refused to deliver them. Great service, but disappointed in the stain job of our doors. We’ve had them less than a year and all the doors are showing unstained areas around the panels of the doors. Wondering if they weren’t fully dried when stained. It’s fine if this happens to one door but this is every door we ordered.
We were warking with Dan and Paul for seven years on a number of projects. Highest work ethic, great quality and very competitive price are the things that make them highly appreciated by us as builders and our buyers.
