If I could give Ketsia Levasseur and Premier Concierge Care Management more than five stars, I absolutely would. Before meeting Ketsia, I had no idea that a care manager like this even existed. I cannot say enough good things about Ketsia, Veronica, and the entire team. Until we were referred to Premier Concierge Care Management, I had no idea that care managers even existed. I am so grateful that we were referred to them. What a gift it was working with Ketsia. We have been lost for a few years trying to navigate the system to arrange for an assisted living facility for my sister in law without success.....then Ketsia came along. She evaluated my sister in law and took charge of the process of applying for financial assistance and even helped choosing the facility. We simply could not have done this with out Ketsia.
