I cannot say enough good things about Ketsia, Veronica, and the entire team. Until we were referred to Premier Concierge Care Management, I had no idea that care managers even existed. What a gift it was working with Ketsia. We have been lost for a few years trying to navigate the system to arrange for an assisted living facility for my sister in law without success.....then Ketsia came along.
