Very Professional Best company we have ever had in our community. Nice, effective and they earn their money. We are proud to have them in our gated community. I do not serve on the board but the members I have talked to inform me they are very easy to work with and I have asked questions and called their office myself and they are always courteous and informative. Gary and a woman named Jane in the accounting department are wonderful and we really appreciate their work for us.

VP - Treasury PCM is one fine fine company and they may be small but we like the smaller companies. They provide a higher level of service and the people at Premier Community are GREAT. I personally have been to their office several times to check on the financials and every time they totally stop what they are doing to help me and explain things thoroughly. I am proud to have them here and we could not have done better with our selection.

Very Good Company We have done business with Premier Community Managers for many years as our community managers. They are incredibly efficient and very knowledgeable and do the work for our community at a very fair price. The reviews below are lies because they do not employ anyone by the name of Tom Tempfer since I called and asked them about that. This type of slandering should be against the law. They are a good company with fine honest people and we appeciate their service.

Great Partners – Last year we interviewed 3 companies; a big company in Longwood, another in Lake Mary and Premier. Premier had the best ideas for our community where so many brothers are in trouble with their homes and need help. This company has been very good working with our less fortunate families and getting our community cleaned up. We do not have much money but premier has been good about working with us and for us. They come to our meetings prepared and always have good advice for us and the owners

Contractor Friendly – We work with numerous property management companies in Central Florida and Premier Community Managers with their staff and managers are top notch. We have no complaints about them and they are fair, knowledgeable and always want what is best for the community and Board of Directors while being fair with us as well. We make mistakes but Premier has always been willing to give us a 2nd chance and we appreciate their loyalty to us and the communities.

Best in Management – We own a condo made up of 246 homes and this place was a total disaster until the board finally hired Premier Community Managers. I mean the roads were horrible, the pool was disgusting, the hot tub was never working and the washer/dryers were broken half the time. That was about 12 months ago and today everything works and just about everything in the community has been fixed or repaired.
