Great service. Every staff member I have dealt with has been super nice. I have had 2 issues while banking here and each issue they solved in a quickly manner.
UPDATE: I spoke with a representative less than five minutes ago who oh so helpfully informed me that they are waiting to hear from the merchant whom they finally contacted on 9/13/2023 - just eight days short of SIXTY DAYS since I submitted the dispute. It is absolutely dismaying that a financial institution can handle this so carelessly! I selected Heritage for my business banking solution.
