If you are looking to refinance or purchase properties I HIGHLY recommend not using Lucas McMahon. Don't let the 'VP' title think it comes with VP results. Over promises and under delivers from the start. I have 7 loans with them. It took close to 90 days to get the first deal done. On the second refi of over 1 million dollars they continued to beat around the bush. Dragging me a long for months and months.
