Can I say... I enjoy working alone with Premier Claims, especially with Caitlyn. What a salesperson! She always answers the phone after hours when I call....unless I'm already on an all-nighter call with Matt. Matt and Kyle are great to work with, but I have to say again, Team Caitlyn & Murray are No.1
Caitlyn has been great to work with. She’s always responsive, answers my calls, and even makes herself available on weekends when needed. She consistently goes above and beyond for our contracting company, and I can’t recommend working with her enough. Communication is always clear and timely, which makes the entire process seamless.
Premier Claims provided an invaluable service when we reached an impasse with our insurance company. The insurance company denied a claim (in excess of $150k) for roof damage from an extreme hailstorm. Attorneys discouraged us from filing a lawsuit. I was gravely concerned about taking such a significant loss. Our roofer introduced us to Premier Claims. I cannot recommend Premier Claims. Over the course of a year, communication was consistently lacking, and I was asked multiple times for documents I had already provided. The adjuster I was reassigned to later on was wonderful, but despite their efforts, my claim never progressed and I received no substantive updates. Ultimately, after a year of stagnation, I had to discontinue their services.
Do not I repeat do not even let these people in your door! Ended up losing so much money dealing with them. They will say anything and everything to get you to sign up a then it’s just empty promises and lies. The most unethical company I’ve ever death with. Been over a year and a half and I’m not even close to breaking even.
