I cannot recommend Premier Claims. Over the course of a year, communication was consistently lacking, and I was asked multiple times for documents I had already provided. The adjuster I was reassigned to later on was wonderful, but despite their efforts, my claim never progressed and I received no substantive updates. Ultimately, after a year of stagnation, I had to discontinue their services.
Do not I repeat do not even let these people in your door! Ended up losing so much money dealing with them. They will say anything and everything to get you to sign up a then it’s just empty promises and lies. The most unethical company I’ve ever death with. Been over a year and a half and I’m not even close to breaking even.
Working with Bailey Wilson is always a pleasure and very smooth! Her knowledge and level of professionalism helps make each claim and situation a much smoother process!
I had such a great experience working with Diane. She was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Communication was clear, timelines were met, and the quality of her work exceeded my expectations. She made the whole process easy and stress-free, and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again or recommend her to others.
Never helped me at all, not a dime😡. Too many hoops to go through. Did turn in requests but they lost my paperwork and it was difficult for me to do all over AGAIN!!
