Terrible customer service.
I've been banking with them for about 10-15 years. I love using Premier; it's so easy to get help when you need it. The customer experience is fantastic and get the best interactions with them. They do a wonderful job and will continue to bank here as long as possible.
$18 to cash out a check that's from this bank... That's pathetically disgusting
I have been banking with Premier for around three years I’ve been very happy with my experience. I run three businesses and frequently need help as issues pop up. I very much appreciate how your team handles things quickly and efficiently. Not only that but Andrew, the executive vice president, has gone above and beyond repeatedly to help us with non banking business issues. This is a day and night experience compared to where we used to bank and I would highly recommend Premier to other business owners.
