Very poor service! ATM machine is in a ridiculous location, so one has to wait in lines of traffic at the drive-thru, only to find it is rarely in operation. And, it never seems to matter to bank representatives. Should have used BC bank as recommended!
When people don't call you back, I'll take my money elsewhere... Communication people,. Hopefully it will be brought to the managers attention.. This is uncalled for and I only gave one star because I had to
