Brandon is a great guy. He listens to your situation and doesn't try to upsell you. He lets you know what he thinks honestly and truthfully. I have no issues trusting him with my entire portfolio. They're located next to Bob Evans.

Premier Bank is one bank that doesn't seem to care about its customers. The teller are very nice but the upper management forget it. What happened to a family member twice, within a week or so, and how he was treated reflect poorly on them. Money was taken out of his account without his knowledge or authorization and sent to another bank. They never contacted him to make sure this was legitimate. Got scammed out of over $30,000 through this bank and they wanted nothing to do with it. No one wanted to help me get my funds back. Called every number I could find talked to all kinds of management and they all said “we did what we could” which was literally nothing. They wanted me to do all the work to find out how they could get my funds back. I gave them phone numbers of people that were potentially able to help, but when they called they claimed they sat on hold for too long and they aren’t able to waste time on hold. ... read more
