Premier bought out Home Savings and have made their acquisition a problem for account holders. They have changed my debit card and locked me out of my online account with no one to speak with to reset my password for four days. When called, the customer service line is fully automated and I have not been able to speak with a person to have my password reset. Worst bank in Norwalk ohio area. Rude employees. Call for help with account told call local branch. Local branch can't help/won't. All they are good for is taking your $$$$.
