Another example of corporate sell off for PROFIT and to Hell with the Customers...glad I paid off my loan before the take over.
I have always had wonderful service from this bank. I have worked with multiple other banks and none come close to Premier Bank.
Customer Service is wonderful with replying to emails, and seem nice. I however, unfortunately work the same hours they are open, so I am unable to call or even go to a branch. It would be nice to have the ability to pay a loan through this bank through a portal instead of having to send it snail mail as they are so unreliable. I sent a payment in 2 weeks ago, and it's still not showing as posted. I am unable to have another bank account, so creating one at this bank is not an option.
I have had a very horrible experience with my credit card investigation!.. I have been a loyal customer for years, I paid my bills on time and ahead of time on some occasions. My account was hacked and money was stolen not only from this account but another. Thank God for credit card faud protection plan right?!?!?..NO WRONG! Not only did the investigation go horribly wrong the lady was ruled and very unprofessional. With my investigation I was only paid a portion of the refund which was reverse and they added my own payment... read more
So many great services available at this bank! I have all my accounts here, except for the money I am hiding from my husband! You will not find kinder, more caring people at a bank. BTW, the drive thru is spectacular, almost never a line.
