TERRIBLE!!!!!! Denied purchases left and right!!! They denied a deductible payment to the Cleveland Clinic,had to call and ask permission to release the money for a major surgery!!!!!Denied for ticket purchases through Ticketmaster several times!!! This place is GARBAGE stay away!!!!!! I would give zero stars if I could!!!!!
My experience with my personal checking account here has been AWFUL. I switched to a new bank and it made me realize how terrible this bank is. The only good thing I can really say about them is that their customer service center seems to be in America. They have the most old, archaic fees. If you’re ever hit with hard financial times, Premier will make sure to make it way worse than it was before! A $37 fee for like every day you are overdrafted, then if you call them you get *one* courtesy reverse per year. How generous. M... read more
I applied for a business loan here about 3 weeks ago, and the people that I have talked with so far were all courteous and nice to talk with. Brett Meier asked me for a repair cost assessment to finish repairing the truck that I want the loan for. I turned an assessment in on Tuesday evening and I was told that Brett is not in his office every business day, but I am hoping to get answer soon about about whether they have reached a conclusion yet about my repair cost assessment.
My experience with Premier Bank has been less than satisfactory. If I could post this with no stars, I would do that but unfortunately you can't do that. I contacted the bank regarding a CD in my mother's name. My mom had passed away and I received information regarding the CD in the mail. After calling and speaking with the bank manager, I emailed him my mom's death certificate and the CD information.
