Absolutely the worst when it comes to customer service, and professionalism. The bank Manager at the NW Arterial branch is rude and unprofessional. It took closing an account because they could not complete an address change or stop and auto pay which cost my Mom $3750. SHE arrogantly made us show proof of dates that we tried to take care of account and once shown she still said there was nothing she could do. LASTLY, you should know they have a policy stating they cannot mail bank statement out of state.
Premier is the best. We have our business accounts here and recently moved our personal accounts over as well. I have never been so impressed with a bank's customer service! When you call, a REAL PERSON ANSWERS and they are always helpful and friendly. I will never bank anywhere else!
