The service was prompt and good. The turn around time to do a retrospective appraisal was good too (within three days of the initial walk around I had the appraisal).

The appraiser stated window repairs and a non working wood fireplace does not lower the value of the appraisal because it is cosmetic fixes. He also tried to say a new roof versus an old roof does not change the appraisal value. This is news to me. I must be ignorant of the appraisal process. In addition, they counted a small room without an egress as a third bedroom and 20 year old carpeting as an update.
