This morning I watched the news and a commercial came on for premier credit union stating you could get a large return on a $10,000 investment. Then I read the reviews. The commercial should make it clear up front what the limitations are. on stating you could get a large return on a $10,000

Not open to all Premier America users- I might suggest changing the name to add “(Restricted Access)” to help folks save on time and gas. Unfortunate that there’s no branch locally.
Only open to Rand employees… not even bank members. The sister branch they suggested which I already went to and is not convenient doesn’t have a functioning ATM. Maybe make it clear that we can’t access you before going out of the way. Rand- why are you gate keeping a public bank?
