Do not bank with these people. Save yourself headaches. They have unexpected fees on the daily. Customer service talks to you very rude And I mean multiple people. They will take money unexpectedly and then put it back! They will hold an under a $200 deposit for $3-5 business days. They will return and reject direct deposits from your employer even if you’ve been getting directly deposited from the same employer for Months. Bank branches are Scarce and hard to find. I love this Premier credit union Bank. It has lower rates. I got a vehicle loan from them. I love that I can directly pay my car to the credit union! Everyone is super super Friendly!!
My husband since joining this Credit Union per car being refinanced has never evernbeen able to get a customer service representative on the phone. He and myself are so very frustrated!
