What a great experience I had at the Burbank Branch ! Chris Huanca was breath of fresh air. Chris is a type of person that was not accepting , NO , for an answer . My issue was remedied in less than 30 minutes , I had fresh bottled water & candy while we worked out the situation . " Over the a Moon " happy with the results. Thank You Chris .
I thought I found a really great new Credit Union. Very unorganized, unprofessional, and a waste of time. No one knows what’s going on and the communication is extremely poor.
