Excellent customer service . The staff here are very professional and helpful. Recently was assisted by Racheal, who was very helpful.
This branch is ran by amazing and helpful people. Aaron and Sivana in particular were so great in helping my family with a difficult situation involving setting up a power of attorney for a family member who banked here. If you're in Santa Clarita, this is a great place to bank. 100%.
Premier America merged with my past Credit Union a few years back. Since then they've provided excellent service. One employee in particular has really gone above and beyond for us. Silvana is always friendly and knowledgeable. She continues to provide some of the best service in the business, from car loans to helping us setup accounts. This is the place to do your banking.
As far as credit unions go, this is one of the best there is and I recommend it to anyone and I am giving them a solid five star rating based on their professional performance with myself....
