This is by far the best bank. I have been with 4 of the Major banks previously but they DO NOT compare to Premier America. The staff is all attentive and friendly. Hannah is always kind and polite. She is very caring and never in a bad mood. Jacky helped me refinance my car and Ian is just amazing. The best staff and by far the most helpful down to earth crew on Canoga Ave . I wish I could give them 10 stars
Don't have long lines
I've been with them for 40+ years. The one on Canoga is always helpful. Hardly ever have to wait in line. They are so nice.
The app is not what I expected, I failed to put my password correctly on the first attempt, then on the second try with the CORRECT password, it was locked, I tried to call but they are closed
