I am so terribly disappointed! After having our taxes done with this family for 25 years and all of their personal attention; I called to make an appointment today and was told that if we wanted to meet face to face with Heather that it would be an additional $100. Now changing to drop off mainly with a possible 2 week turn around. I hate that we are probably going to have look for a new business. After 25 years this breaks my heart!
