Very bad experience ..they haveno sense how deal with client
Avoid at all cost ! They wouldn’t accept my return of jewellery that broke within 6 days of purchase ! Even though I had receipt too ! Not fit for purpose ! Tried offering something well cheap in exchange ! Not trustworthy ! Cheap stuff they use !

Avoid this shop. Bought a piece of jewellery which needed adjusting, didn’t contact us to say when it was does, had to chase them up ourselves only way to contact is via text. Lost the jewellery and had to wait even longer, wasted two journeys getting to the shop for an update. Rubbish customer service and communication.
