I know the owners, fantastic couple. Kind, professional and knowledgeable. This place was one of my favorite spots since 2020. However the policies for cancelation are at best very odd! I woke up the night before with sore throat, cough and fever. I left a message on the phone, explaining that I am sick and I don't want to expose the (prehab physio and massage staff) for any danger. Neilwin is hands down the best RMT I have been too, and I have been to quite a few. He goes above and beyond, is intuitive, knowledgeable, has a calming presence and so effective. I originally went to see him for a hip issue that I had struggled with for 10 years, and after several sessions this issue is pretty much resolved. Now he is helping me target tension headaches as well as issues with legs and I leave each session feeling like my old, younger self. I had a disappointing experience at PREHAB. I arrived early for my massage, but 10 minutes into my scheduled time, I was still sitting in the waiting room. Neither the RMT nor the receptionist bothered to inform me of any delays. I had to approach the receptionist myself to ask if they could contact the RMT, which they did, only to find out that the RMT would be late for 10min. After waiting for 15 minutes without any proactive communication, I decided to leave. This level of unprofessionalism from the RMT is not appreciated... read more
