I've been seeing Justin at Prehab for about 3-years. Justin is amazing and the best physio I've ever had! He helped me resolve hip issues that I've dealt with my whole life. When I blew out my knee, they got me in for a last-minute appointment. My knee is now at 100% thanks to Justin and the team at Prehab. The whole staff is incredibly friendly. Could not recommend Prehab enough!
NEVER DEAL WITH THIS PLACE! There is a reason there are so many open massage appointments daily - is because they are extremely rude! The receptionist and 'manager' are SO RUDE. I had a very disturbing exchange with them since I could not answer my phone when they called due to being on camera on a zoom call! When I called them back following the meeting, the receptionist immediately insulted me by saying "I hung up on her" " she repeated twice " you hung on me - you hung up on me " and that I was RUDE?! I have been going to PREHAB for a couple years. Justin has helped me tremendously in recovering from my back injury. He is very knowledgeable and truly cares about his patients. I can't recommend this place enough. He also treats my wife and helped her fully recover after a knee injury/surgery. All the staff are very friendly and the gym equipment is excellent.
It's tough to put into a short review the positive impact Prehab physio has had on my physical well-being, but know that 5 stars doesn't give it the justice it deserves. Almost two years ago I went to Prehab for the first time needing physiotherapy to rehabilitate from a fully ruptured achilles I had just had surgery on. I couldn’t walk, I was in pain, and I had no clear guidance or plan.
