Another great visit! I had a 2nd dexa scan yesterday (10 months after my first one). Frank was very helpful getting me set up and comfortable for the scan. His calm demeanor put me at ease. I reviewed the results with Candy. She was very energetic and extremely knowledgeable. She helped me compare results from my previous scan and was very generous with her feedback. Scam to get your money. Use the other dexa companies. Their website advertises they have a Manhattan location open everyday, it’s open only certain weekdays. I called within a few hours after paying, seeing the booking is not an option. They said sure they’ll refund. None. Emailed, they said to reconsider. I said if the website had advertised ahead travel to 1.5hrs away, I wouldn’t have paid. Still no refund. Reported them to the credit card company.
So far my experience has been great, it started out with getting a DEXA scan and little by little I started using more services, right now I'm using peptide therapy services and the team has been very helpful. They include a lot in their therapy services so the price is actually a great value, you get to do DEXA scans to track your progress as they are included quarterly with the peptide. Honestly, I don’t even know where to start. The entire process with Brian and his team at profusion has changed my life. My first dexascan was exactly a year ago this week. I was 223 pounds and 24.7% budget. I’m down 40 pounds and 14% body fat. I did the Dexascan, RMR (figure out what my body burns at rest) & the vo2 (figure out my zone 2 for optimal fat burning).
