We decided to use Preferred Tile when we needed a shower redone, and the reviews were excellent. We were led to believe that this was a tile store that had their own installers. They actually were subcontracting their work. We were not made aware of this until the work had already started. The employee of Preferred Tile that demoed the existing shower damaged my home in 2 places. The subcontractors damaged my freshly refinished wood floors, and a vintage rug. Beautiful tile and super kind, helpful staff!
The people there were friendly and helpful. They have all of the newest designs and colors.
I love their showroom they have abundance of options for tile but the show room is very simplified and not overwhelming. Also, Kris is always so relatable and helpful!
