The people there were friendly and helpful. They have all of the newest designs and colors.
I love their showroom they have abundance of options for tile but the show room is very simplified and not overwhelming. Also, Kris is always so relatable and helpful!
I'll just go to Lowes next time. The folks at Preferred seem like nice people but they let me down. My wife and I went in on Wednesday to pick out some tile. The lady was real nice and helped us. Towards the end, I pointed out that I had never done any tile work. We were planning to figure it out since we were short on time but I asked if they had any installers.
