Hey.
Told them to freeze my loan and asked for payoff amount. Sent in a check for that and they didn't apply the full amount. It's been more than 2 weeks and they say it will take 10 business days to resolve $38 issues. I wish I could use another company. And I just spoke to someone who just added 10 business days. Stay away guys
They were recommended to us. We liked working with Brian and Steve. Had difficulty with understanding of their fees and billing practices, but that was ok as we were in beginning and we are just trying to clarify matters. Got on a call to clarify; tone is rude, dismissive and condescending from the moment they answered the call. It was abundantly clear that they had no interest in addressing my concerns.
