This company is horrible. I've been waiting for a refund escrow check from this company for about 4 months now! They give you Excuse after excuse. They are very unprofessional and have horrible customer service!

Stay away from this company. They handled the escrow on the sale of our house. They completely miscalculated the property taxes, giving us a refund rather than charging us for the taxes that would be due. So now 3 months after the fact we have to not only pay the taxes they refunded us that were prorated, but also the taxes that were not paid that were sitting in our impound account.
