Escrow made egregious error and will not take responsibility. After many calls they now screen and will not answer if I call from my phone number, but miraculously answer 30 seconds later if I call from a different number. Broker has been notified personally and failed to take any action to rectify. It has been 4 months and now we are going to lawsuit. Stay away from this Real Estate Broker owned escrow.
