I had an issue with my PayPal getting compromised affecting my bank account and card. I was able to call and turned off my card and they reimbursed me back the money that was taken including the overdraft fees. I was able to go into my local branch and get an appointment to close that account and open a new one same day.
I was having an issue with another bank and had to make a really important deadline and while the other bank couldn't help me.. The Service Representatives here at Preferred Credit Union in Hastings; Amanda Wilson, and Barbie Nelson, were sooo incredibly helpful and friendly. They helped me set up a new account to become a member AND also solved my issue almost immediately. It was honestly the best experience I've had with a banking institution so far. My husband and I absolutely love the ladies at the Hastings branch especially Sharon and Amanda. Everyone else has moved up for a move on that was there. These two ladies go above and beyond to give us the help we need They are always cheerful fun because my husband likes to give him a hard time jokingly and they take it real well and they can give it right back to us which we really enjoy I would recommend this branch to anyone that was looking for a Credit Union.
