I rent and every month I go there to put the money in. Every month they have no idea where to put it. They have even put it in the wrong account and told me there is NOTHING they can do. Thankfully I saved my receipt and thankfully I Bank at independent bank in Belding they are way better.
DO NOT put money in this bank. They will find ways to take all of your money and there isn't nothing you can do about it. If you ask me they are just common criminals.
Checked out the rates at PCU and they were going to save us quite a bit of money. Contacted the loan dept. and Sara was awesome. She made the loan process quick and painless. Kudos to Sara and the staff at PCU! And we also switched out savings and checking accounts over with Sara's help!
