LOVE. THIS. BANK. These guys treat you like a person, not a number. They remember your name and take the time to talk to you when you come in. Everyone there is always so nice. Alyssa and Daniel are extremely helpful anytime I need help & get any issues taken care of asap. Highly recommend.
I cannot say enough good about my experiences with Texas First Bank. Yesterday I walked in the door, got halfway down the hall and was greeted by name by Alyssa who remembered me from back around Christmas. This is a small town feeling Bank in a giant city. Every interaction I have had with this bank and Alyssa have exceeded my expectations.
If you value customer service move all your accounts to Texas First. Left chase 3 years ago due to terrible customer service on a consistent basis wish I had switched years ago.
Alyssa Kukulinski is the best! Always so friendly and helps us so quick!
